Vegan and Vegetarian Customized Meals in Melbourne

Plant-Based Personal Chef, Healthy Cooking Classes, Catering, Cakes

Personal Chef Meals – $15 per person per dinner, $15 per lunch, $10 per breakfast (or $35 per full day)
Catering – $15-$30 per person
Cakes – $4-$5 per serving
Private Cooking Classes – $25 per person per hour (not including ingredients)
Public Cooking Classes – $25 per person per hour (including ingredients)

Julia studied vegan and vegetarian cooking and nutrition at the Natural Epicurean, focusing on raw, macrobiotic, and Ayurvedic foods and healing. Since graduating, she has been teaching after school healthy, wholefoods, plant-based cooking classes for kids and adults, as well as catering, working as a personal chef, and making cakes. She specializes in cooking for people on restricted diets, whether that be gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, sugar-free, grain-free, or any other special diet to help with an allergy or health condition. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to cook for yourself on a restricted diet, or even just a busy schedule, so let Julia help you, either with cooking lessons and recipes, or by preparing some customized meals for you each week, or even for a dinner party or special occasion! Julia also has a love for baking and decorating cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts and pastries. She attended several cake decorating courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, and worked in bakeries in both NYC and Denver. Julia loves sharing her knowledge and passion with students, and helping them to bring new recipes and techniques into their cooking and baking repertoires that may be a little more healthful and beautiful. She can teach plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian cooking, baking/decorating, and/or nutrition in schools, after school programs, and summer camps, as well as give private cooking lessons and cooking parties for any age. She can also prepare food just for you or your family as a personal chef, cater your event or retreat, or create a beautiful cake for your party.
